Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan – Vacancy Announcement

The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan is seeking a highly qualified and impactful professional for the position of Chief Internal Auditor. MTI Mardan is an autonomous healthcare facility governed under the MTI Act 2015, consisting of a tertiary care hospital, a children's hospital, and medical and dental colleges.

Position: Chief Internal Auditor (Grade-12)

This is a high-level, challenging role on a contract basis. The successful candidate will report directly to the Board of Governors through the Audit Committee to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the healthcare system.

Requisite Qualification & Experience

Candidates must meet one of the following two criteria:

  • Option A: Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in the private corporate sector.

  • Option B: Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) or ACCA member, plus CIA certification (from the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA), and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit within the private sector at a similar level.
