Terms & Conditions

  • Governing Laws: The services of the incumbent shall be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Act 2015 (amended) and MTI Regulations.

  • Employment Status: Upon appointment, candidates will become full-time institutional employees. They must resign/sever connections from any existing employment (local, abroad, or civil service of the Government).

  • Authority Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any vacancy.

  • Testing: If deemed necessary, screening/testing may be conducted via ETEA.

  • TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
