AVAILABLE POSITIONS


1. Group Head – Digital Banking & Transformation (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized or foreign university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in a banking or financial institution.

  • At least 05 years of senior management experience.


2. Head – Digital Products & Innovation (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized or foreign university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in banking or a financial institution.

  • Minimum 05 years senior management experience.


3. Head – Business Intelligence Unit & Analytics (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Minimum 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution.

Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years post-qualification experience.

  • At least 03 years relevant banking/analytics experience.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 50 years


4. Deputy Head – IT/IS Audits (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Minimum 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution.

  • Certifications such as CISA, CIA, or other relevant credentials are preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years post-qualification experience with 03 years relevant banking experience.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 60 years


5. Team Lead – IT/IS Audits (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Minimum 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution.

  • Certifications such as CISA or other relevant credentials are preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years relevant or banking experience.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 55 years


6. IT/IS Auditors (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Minimum 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution.

  • Certifications such as CISA or similar credentials are preferred.

Experience:

  • 01–02 years of relevant or banking experience.

  • Maximum 35 years


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (POSITION-WISE)


A. Digital Banking & Transformation Roles

  • Develop and execute the bank’s Digital Banking and Transformation Strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  • Lead end-to-end digital transformation across ATMs, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Agent Banking, APIs, Omni-Channel Platforms.

  • Identify new digital market gaps, fintech opportunities, and emerging technologies.

  • Oversee digital product rollouts such as wallets, digital onboarding, instant payments, e-KYC, customer portals.

  • Lead innovation initiatives involving AI/ML, chatbots, automation, paperless workflows.

  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation to enhancement.

  • Build relationships with fintechs, telecoms, vendors, and technology partners; negotiate SLAs and KPIs.

  • Ensure digital channels’ security, availability, compliance, and resilience.

  • Supervise system upgrades, change management, cybersecurity measures, and continuity planning.

  • Oversee call center operations, complaint handling, CX framework implementation, and service monitoring.

  • Lead POS acquiring business, merchant onboarding, digital payments (QR/POS/mobile), and engagement with payment networks.

  • Develop and manage loyalty programs, gamification strategies, and customer retention models.

  • Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, IT governance, and risk guidelines.


B. Digital Products & Innovation Roles

  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights.

  • Lead ideation, concept design, and development of digital financial products.

  • Manage fintech partnerships, API-based products, and digital ecosystem expansion.

  • Introduce automation, AI/ML use cases, chatbots, and workflow digitization.

  • Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and go-to-market plans.

  • Manage product lifecycle and ensure compliance with SBP digital banking guidelines.

  • Lead development and enhancement of Mobile & Internet Banking channels.

  • Ensure biometric, e-KYC, authentication, MFA, OTP, and encryption controls.

  • Plan/manage UAT, regression testing, release cycles, and incident management.

  • Drive customer adoption through new features, campaigns, integrations, and analytics.


C. Business Intelligence & Analytics Roles

  • Design, develop, and enhance BI dashboards, MIS reports, and scorecards for management.

  • Monitor KPIs including deposits, advances, NTB acquisition, NPL trends, and business metrics.

  • Ensure accurate and timely SBP regulatory reporting.

  • Conduct analytics on customer behavior, product usage, portfolio performance, and regional data.

  • Provide data-driven insights for strategy, pricing, marketing, and planning.

  • Support business areas in annual planning, target allocation, product development, and forecasting.


D. Deputy Head / Team Lead – IT/IS Audits Roles

  • Supervise and execute annual audit plans.

  • Evaluate internal controls, risk mechanisms, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

  • Lead audit staff, manage performance, and finalize audit reports.

  • Conduct security assessments, IT/Cybersecurity evaluations, and control testing.

  • Prepare audit workflows, draft audit reports, and risk summaries.

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, laws, and audit standards.


E. IT/IS Auditor Roles

  • Understand and apply audit principles, internal controls, and banking procedures.

  • Assist in preparing audit process workflows and documentation.

  • Possess basic knowledge of banking systems, operating systems, networking, DBMS, cloud, virtualization, and audit tools.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

  • Strong capacity to work in a dynamic and technology-driven banking environment.
