Our client, a reputable financial institution and an equal opportunity employer, is seeking dedicated, experienced, and highly skilled professionals for the following senior leadership position at their Karachi Office.

Position Title:

Group Head – Treasury (SVP/EVP)

Qualification & Experience Requirements

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in:
    Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Law, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Minimum 14 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 6 years in a senior management role within a comparable financial organization.

Job Objectives

The Group Head – Treasury will be responsible for:

  • Managing the organization’s balance sheet with a focus on key financial pillars:

    • Funding & Liquidity Risk Management

    • Interest Rate Risk Oversight

    • Capital Management & Optimization

  • Ensuring all treasury functions comply with approved policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.

  • Providing strategic leadership for treasury operations to support the company’s long-term financial stability and performance.
