Position Details

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law

  • Preferred: Master’s degree or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CFA, or equivalent in a relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:

  • Total Experience: 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in:

    • Corporate restructuring

    • Investment banking

    • Private equity

    • Turnaround advisory

    • Related financial services

  • Executive Leadership: Minimum 5 years in a C-level or senior executive position with proven track record in:

    1. Executing complex restructuring engagements

    2. Leading corporate turnarounds or managing distressed asset portfolios

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the organization

  • Drive corporate restructuring and turnaround initiatives

  • Manage distressed assets and lead financial decision-making at the executive level

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards
