POSITIONS VACANT

The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) invites applications for the following contract-based positions, initially for a period of one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Available Positions

1. Driver

  • No. of Posts: 2
  • Department: Admin (PHEC)
  • Required Qualification & Experience:
    • Middle pass with at least 5 years of experience.
    • Valid LTV/HTV driving license.
    • Ability to perform duty in pool and different shifts.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public/private sector organizations.
  • Age Limit: 35 years

2. Office Attendant

  • No. of Posts: 3
  • Department: Admin
  • Required Qualification & Experience:
    • Literate.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public/private sector organizations.
  • Age Limit: 30 years

Application Process

  1. Application Form Submission:

    • Interested candidates must apply using the application proforma available at www.punjabhec.gov.pk by 13th March 2025.
    • A duly signed hard copy of the application proforma must be sent via registered courier/post only by 14th March 2025 (before 05:00 PM) to the address mentioned below.
    • The application should include:
      • CV
      • Copy of CNIC
      • Attested copies of educational and professional experience certificates
      • Recent passport-size colored photograph

  2. Application Fee:

    • A Bank Deposit Slip / Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 500/- must be submitted in favor of Punjab Higher Education Commission.

  3. Additional Instructions:
