Pakistan Cricket Board, engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game, is seeking a dynamic leader for the following position:

Director Commercial

Commercial Director will plan, develop, and implement commercial strategies that enable PCB's vision of accelerated and sustainable business growth to meet revenue targets by overseeing expenses and increasing revenues.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and will be a creative strategist.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of working experience with Multi-National / National Companies in leadership role.
  • Masters in Business Administration, finance or relevant field (will be preferred)
  • Proven experience as Commercial Director or similar relevant leadership role
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis "Experience of performance reporting and financiaVbudgeting processes
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to PCB goals and objectives aiming to accelerate sustainable business growth.
  • Leading market research and analysis of assets to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities and products.
  • Enhancing the properties and products portfolio in order to generate revenues across the board.
  • Enhancing revenue streams from current and new commercial partners and PCB's digital
  • Actively acquiring new commercial partners and maintaining profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics.
  • Assisting in the bidding processes, negotiating contracts, planning and managing risks for all commercial activities
  • Assisting in setting financial targets, developing and maintaining department budgets.
