CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Position Title: Digital Content Designer

Role Overview

The Digital Content Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality and engaging graphic content for Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Pakistan Super League (PSL) digital platforms. The role focuses on delivering timely match-related visuals, live updates, and promotional material to enhance audience engagement while maintaining a consistent and professional digital presence across social media channels.

About Pakistan Cricket Board

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is responsible for the promotion, development, and regulation of the game of cricket in Pakistan. PCB maintains general control over all aspects of the game and works to strengthen cricket at all levels through innovation, governance, and fan engagement.

Required Education & Experience

Minimum Bachelor’s degree, or certification/diploma in:
- Graphic Design
- Digital Media
- Animation or related field
Minimum 05 years of relevant professional experience in digital content creation or graphic design

Competency Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
Ability to design visually impactful and engaging digital content
Capability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced sports environment
Flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including weekends and match days

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging graphics for PCB and PSL social media platforms
Create daily digital content including:
- Promotional posts
- Match announcements
- Event and tournament visuals
Provide real-time graphic support during live match coverage and events
Ensure consistency in branding, design quality, and content standards
