Career Opportunity

Position: Senior Manager – OTT

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead its OTT strategy and operations. The selected individual will be responsible for developing and executing plans to drive growth, engagement, and revenue for PCB’s OTT platform.

About Pakistan Cricket Board

PCB is the governing body responsible for promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining overall control of the sport.

Required Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Mass Communication or a relevant field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in OTT, digital media, or a related industry.

  • Strong understanding of OTT platforms, content, and technology.

Competency Requirements

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement OTT strategy and roadmap in consultation with the Departmental Head.

  • Manage OTT content acquisition and production.

  • Oversee OTT platform operations, including user experience and technical performance.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity.

  • Develop and execute marketing and promotion plans.

  • Manage partnerships and collaborations.
