WE ARE HIRING

Under the provisions of Regulations 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position Details

Position: Director (Quality Management)
Maximum Age: 55 Years
Job Location: Islamabad

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent related field.

  • Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education is mandatory.

  • Degrees must be attested by HEC.

Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant roles.

  • Preferably certified in Six Sigma or Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).

  • Certifications in leadership or project management are an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee software quality assurance across all development cycles.

  • Review system requirements, design documents, and test plans.

  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and security guidelines.

  • Monitor quality metrics and drive improvements in testing practices.

  • Coordinate with development and operations teams on issues found during testing.

  • Prepare quality assessment reports for senior management.

  • Plan and execute quality audits.

  • Manage QA teams and complex testing assignments.

  • Evaluate equipment/software specifications against requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong background in software QA, testing frameworks, and quality standards.

  • Experience with test planning, defect tracking, and process evaluation.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).

  2. NADRA management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  4. Candidate will be disqualified if false information is provided.

  5. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.

  6. Age relaxation will be as per rules.

  7. Selected candidate must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible.

  9. Attested degrees from HEC/relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.

  10. Females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.

  11. Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches, etc., are not allowed during the test/interview.

  12. Deadline for submission: 21 December, 2025. Only online applications will be accepted.
