Career Opportunities at NADRA – Government of Pakistan

National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control invites online applications from residents of the respective Tehsils for the following positions, in accordance with Regulations 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002.

Available Positions

1. Deputy Assistant Director (Office-in-Charge)

  • Qualification: 16 years HEC-verified education in:
    • Management
    • Business Administration
    • Computer Science / Information Technology
    • Or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience: Preferably 1 year relevant experience
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
  • Job Locations (Tehsil-wise):
    • Babuzai – NRC Tor Dher
    • Lahor – NRC Islampur
    • Mathra – NRC Mathra
    • Paharpur – NRC Mathra

2. Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator)

  • Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent
  • Experience: Preferably 1 year relevant experience
  • Age Limit: Maximum 25 years
  • Job Locations (Tehsil-wise):
    • Batkhela – NRC Totakan
    • NRC Kiri Khaisore
    • Lahor – NRC Tor Dher
    • Babuzai – NRC Islampur

  • Qualification: Middle
  • Experience: Preferably 1 year relevant experience
  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

Terms & Conditions

  1. Only residents of the respective Tehsil as per CNIC/Domicile are eligible for test and interview.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation, extendable based on performance.
  4. NADRA reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel applications at any stage without assigning any reason.
  5. Original documents (personal, educational, professional) must be presented at the test. Requests for late submission will not be entertained.
  6. Age relaxation of 5 years is already included; no further relaxation will be granted.
  7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview (Deputy Assistant Director & Junior Executive).
  8. Government/semi-government employees must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test.
  9. Degrees/certificates must be attested by HEC or relevant educational boards.
  10. Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
  11. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  12. Appointments are location-specific; transfers will not be entertained.
  13. Electronic gadgets (mobile phones, smartwatches, etc.) are prohibited during tests/interviews.
  14. No TA/DA will be provided.
  15. Females, minorities, transgender, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
