The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) invites applications from qualified, skilled, and highly motivated professionals for multiple technical and security-related positions. Candidates must possess strong educational backgrounds, relevant professional experience, and demonstrated expertise in modern technologies.

1. Deputy Director – Security Specialist

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience

  • Strong background in security operations, vulnerability assessment, and technological risk management.

  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor security policies and procedures.

  • Hands-on experience in evaluating security threats, incident response, and safeguarding critical digital infrastructure.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in security frameworks, monitoring tools, and threat-detection mechanisms.

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

2. .NET Developer (Senior / Mid-Level)

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong command over the .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.

  • Expertise in ASP.NET MVC, RESTful Web APIs, and secure application development.

  • Experience working with Windows-based environments.

  • Solid understanding of software engineering practices, design patterns, and algorithmic problem-solving.

Professional Experience

  • Hands-on development experience using:

    • C#

    • ASP.NET MVC

    • .NET Core / .NET 5+

    • REST API design and implementation

  • Ability to work with multi-tier architecture, enterprise applications, and backend services.

Additional Requirements (All Positions)

  • Strong analytical, logical, and technical troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced professional environment.

  • Certifications in relevant domains (Cyber Security, .NET, Networking, etc.) will be considered an advantage.
