WE ARE HIRING

Under the provisions of Regulations 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA invites applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position Details

Deputy Director (Data Center Facility Engineer)

  • Maximum Age Limit: 44 Years (including 5 years age relaxation)

  • Job Location: Islamabad

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree (4 Years) in Electrical Engineering / Electronic Engineering or an equivalent related field

  • Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education is mandatory

  • All degrees must be attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC)

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience in data center management and operations

  • Proven experience in Data Center Designing

  • Hands-on experience in RFP, RFQ, and SLA formulation

  • Experience in developing and implementing SOPs, policies, and guidelines for passive infrastructure management

  • Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) or equivalent certification will be preferred

Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of passive infrastructure

  • Collaborate with IT and Network teams to support active infrastructure requirements

  • Strong understanding of electrical power and cooling calculations

  • Ability to manage large-scale data center facility operations efficiently

Terms & Conditions

  1. The selected candidate will be hired initially on a contract basis for five (05) years, extendable if required.

  2. NADRA management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  4. Any candidate providing false information will be disqualified.

  5. Candidates currently serving in Government or Semi-Government organizations must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.

  6. The mentioned age limit already includes five (05) years of general age relaxation.

  7. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

  9. Attested degrees from HEC and relevant regulatory bodies must be produced at the time of interview.

  10. Females, minorities, transgender persons, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.

  11. Electronic devices, including mobile phones and smart watches, will not be allowed during the test or interview.
