WE ARE HIRING

Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA invites applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position Details

Position: Deputy Director (Vigilance)
Maximum Age: 55 Years
Job Location: Gilgit Baltistan

Educational Background

  • Graduation (14 Years) from a HEC-recognized university

  • Degrees must be attested by HEC or respective educational boards

Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience with field operations in intelligence setups and forensic investigations

  • Experience in senior management roles in Pakistani Law Enforcement Agencies, Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), Intelligence Bureau (IB), Police, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Armed Forces, or other relevant organizations

Specialized Requirements:

  • Must have qualified Intelligence Course from:

    • School of Military Intelligence (SMI)

    • Defence Services Institute / National Intelligence Academy (DSUNIA)

    • School of Intelligence (SOI)

    • Naval Intelligence & IB Academy

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership, management, and strategic planning skills

  • Proven ability to manage operations in high-security, high-pressure environments

  • Clean service record is mandatory

Terms & Conditions

  1. Selected candidate will be hired initially for a 5-year contract, extendable if required.

  2. NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  4. Providing false information will result in disqualification.

  5. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application.

  6. Age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the above age limit.

  7. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible.

  9. Attested degrees from HEC or relevant regulatory bodies must be presented at the time of interview.

  10. Females, minorities, transgender, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.

  11. Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches, etc., are not allowed during test/interview.
