				- Skills:
				• Strong knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
				• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
				• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or Fire Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is an advantage
				• Good problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to emergencies
				• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The contract period will initially be for one (01) year, extendable based on performance evaluation.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Candidates must bring original documents including CNIC, educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of the interview. No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.

Candidates employed in public sector organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department at the time of the interview. Private candidates must provide relevant experience certificates.

Final appointment is subject to security clearance from the relevant authorities.

Candidates should bring original documents along with two sets of attested copies to the test/interview.

All information and documents submitted will be verified. In case of any false or forged information, NACTA reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage, including after employment, and may initiate legal proceedings.

Candidates meeting eligibility criteria may be provisionally allowed to appear in the test, subject to verification of eligibility after the test.

The last date to apply online is 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Late applications will not be accepted.
