CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals having the requisite qualification, experience, and age to fill the following posts purely on a contract basis in the National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) under the Federal Government.

General Information & Instructions

1. Contract Duration

  • The contract period will be initially for one (01) year, extendable based on performance evaluation.

2. Online Application Process

  • Eligible candidates are advised to apply online through the National Jobs Portal at:
    https://njp.gov.pk

  • No manual or hard copy of the application will be accepted by any office.

3. Domicile / Quota Policy

  • The vacancies shall be filled by appointment of persons domiciled in their respective province/region/district of each office, strictly under Rule 15 of the applicable rules and instructions issued by the Establishment Division from time to time.

4. Document Submission at Interview

  • Candidates will be required to bring original documents (Educational Certificates, Domicile, Experience Certificates, etc.) along with one (1) set of attested copies of all documents at the time of interview.

5. Screening / Skill Tests

  • Screening/skill tests (where required) will be conducted as per the Recruitment Policy of the Federal Government.

6. Vacancy Adjustment Rights

  • The Authority reserves the right not to fill any vacancy or to reduce/increase the number of vacancies, if circumstances so warrant at the time of final selection.

7. In-Service Candidates

  • Candidates working in Public Sector Departments/Organizations shall apply through proper channel and must submit Departmental Permission Certificates (NOC) from their respective department/employers at the time of interview.

  • Failure to do so will result in disqualification from participating in the interview.

8. Age Calculation

  • Minimum and maximum age shall be calculated on the closing date for receipt of applications.

9. Verification & False Information

  • Information provided in the online Application Form will be verified.

  • In case of any false or forged information, NACTA reserves the right to:

    • Cancel the candidature of any candidate at any stage (even after employment, if revealed later)

    • Initiate legal action against the applicant

10. Shortlisting

  • Only short-listed candidates will be called for the test/interview.

  • All candidates will be allowed provisionally to appear in the test/interview, subject to detailed scrutiny of their eligibility as per relevant criteria.

11. No TA/DA

  • No TA/DA will be admissible for the Test/Interview.

12. Application Deadline

  • Last date of submission of Application Forms is 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

  • Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.

13. Security Clearance

  • Finally selected candidates shall be offered contract appointment subject to security clearance from relevant authorities.
