NATIONAL COUNTER TERRORISM AUTHORITY (NACTA)

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals who meet the required qualifications, experience, and age criteria to fill the following posts on a regular basis in the National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA), Federal Government.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. Driver (BS-04)

  • No. of Posts: 11

  • Age Limit: 30–35 years (including 5 years general age relaxation)

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • Primary Pass

    • Valid LTV Driving License (at least 2 years old)

    • Well-versed in traffic rules

  • Quota: Local Basis

2. Driver (BS-04)

  • No. of Posts: 10

  • Age Limit: 40–45 years

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • Primary Pass

    • Retired from Pakistan Army

  • Quota: Merit

3. Dispatch Rider (BS-04)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 30–35 years (including 5 years general age relaxation)

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • Primary Pass

    • Valid Motorcycle Driving License (at least 2 years old)

    • Well-versed in traffic rules

  • Quota: Merit

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Application Procedure:

    • Candidates must apply online through the National Jobs Portal (NJP): https://njp.gov.pk

    • Applicants applying for more than one post must submit a separate online application for each position.

    • Manual or hard copy applications will not be accepted.

  2. Quota Basis:

    • All vacancies will be filled on a local basis in accordance with Rule 16 of the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1973.

  3. Required Documents:

    • Candidates must bring original documents (Educational Certificates, Domicile, Experience Certificates, etc.) and one set of attested copies at the time of test/interview.

  4. Screening/Skill Tests:

    • Screening or skill tests (if applicable) will be conducted as per Federal Government Recruitment Policy.

  5. Authority’s Discretion:

    • NACTA reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any vacancy at any stage without assigning a reason.

  6. Government Employees:

    • Candidates serving in Public Sector Departments/Organizations must apply through proper channel.

    • They must provide a Departmental Permission Certificate at the time of interview.

    • Failure to provide this certificate will disqualify them from the interview.

  7. Age Relaxation:

    • In addition to the 5 years general relaxation, further age relaxation is admissible as per the Relaxation of Upper Age Limit Rules, 1993.

  8. Age Calculation:

    • The minimum and maximum age shall be calculated on the closing date for receipt of applications.

  9. Verification of Information:

    • All details provided in the online application form will be verified.

    • If any false or forged information is found, NACTA reserves the right to cancel the candidature (even after employment) and initiate legal action.

  10. Shortlisting:

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.

    • All candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear, subject to detailed scrutiny of eligibility.

  11. TA/DA:

    • No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.

  12. Deadline:

    • The last date to submit applications is 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

    • Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
