General Instructions

  1. Applicants who fulfill the following conditions should apply for the above-mentioned posts on the Government of Sindh Job Portal: https://sjp.gos.pk

  2. Applicants must have compulsorily passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by IBA Testing Services (STS), Sukkur, with at least 40% marks, and must possess the certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the aforementioned posts.

  3. The age of applicants shall be calculated from the date of submission of application, as clarified under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation in Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit shall be granted, as clarified in Services, General Administration & Coordination Department Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)564/2011(Part-II), dated 06-03-2025.

  4. For initial appointment, the quota reserved for specified areas shall be observed in accordance with the rules and regulations and policy of the Government of Sindh.

  5. Applicants already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and must bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of interview for submission before the Departmental Selection Committee.

  6. Applicants must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee for interview with original documents, according to the schedule uploaded on the Job Portal.

  7. Only eligible candidates will be invited for interview.

  8. No TA/DA will be given to candidates for the interview.
