VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding domicile of District Larkana for appointment to the following post in the Office of the Project Director, SCARP Irrigation, Sukkur.

Position Details

Junior Clerk

Required Qualification & Experience

As per recruitment rules:

  1. Graduate (at least Second Division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

  2. Six (06) months Certificate Course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board.

General Instructions & Conditions

  1. Eligible candidates must apply online through the Sindh Job Portal at:

  2. Applicants must have successfully passed the Graduate Category General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with a minimum of 40 marks and possess a valid certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the above post.

  3. Age will be calculated as of the closing date of application submission in accordance with the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024 (Rule 7).

    • A general age relaxation of five (05) years shall be admissible as notified by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department vide Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)564/2011 (Part), dated 06.03.2025.

  4. Recruitment shall be made in accordance with the Government of Sindh’s quota policy for initial appointments.

  5. Candidates already serving in Government departments must apply through the proper channel and obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department. The original NOC must be presented at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

  6. Appointment shall be made in accordance with the recruitment policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26 April 2023, under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 (as amended from time to time).

  7. Candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee for interview along with original documents, as per the schedule uploaded on the Sindh Job Portal.

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
