Qualification / Eligibility Criteria

  1. Education: Graduate at least in Second Division from any University recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

  2. Computer Skills: A six-month Certificate Course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board.

General Instructions

  1. Application Method: Eligible candidates must apply through the Sindh Job Portal, Government of Sindh, at https://sjp.gos.pk.

  2. Screening Test: Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation Category with at least 40% marks, conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Services (STS), and must possess the certificate issued by STS.

  3. Age Calculation: Age shall be calculated from the closing date of submission of application as per Rule-7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. Upper age relaxation limit is five years as per notification No. SOII (SGA&CD) 564/2011 (Part-II) dated 6-3-2025.

  4. Reserved Quota: The share of quota reserved for initial appointment shall be adhered to as per law/rules/policy of the Sindh Government.

  5. In-Service Candidates: Applicants already in service must obtain an NOC from their respective department prior to submission of application and bring the original NOC at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

  6. Interview: Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for interview as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.

  7. Shortlisting: Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

  8. Expenses: No TA/DA is admissible to candidates for the interview.
