Career Opportunity – Domestic & Women Cricket Coaches

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites applications from qualified, experienced, and passionate individuals for the position of Domestic and Women Cricket Coaches. This opportunity is ideal for candidates committed to developing cricket talent and enhancing team performance at the domestic and women’s cricket levels.

Position Overview

The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering professional cricket coaching services across domestic and women’s cricket programs. The role focuses on player development, strategic planning, and building high-performance teams aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement game plans and strategies for competitions
  • Conduct pre- and post-tournament preparations
  • Evaluate team and individual performances to ensure continuous improvement
  • Enhance player skills and consistency through structured training programs
  • Promote team excellence and foster a sustainable high-performance culture
  • Organize and supervise training sessions, practice matches, and competitions
  • Assess players’ physical fitness and assign appropriate training activities
  • Monitor and track players’ fitness and performance progress
  • Conduct surveys and assessments to evaluate program effectiveness

Prospective Districts

Domestic Cricket (including but not limited to):

  • Turbat, Khuzdar, Chaghi, Gwadar, Loralai
  • Sanghar, Thatta, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkur
  • D.G. Khan, Lahore, Jhang, Mianwali
  • Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Sheikhupura
  • Tank, Kotli, Mansehra, Haripur
  • Bajaur Agency, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, North Waziristan
  • Any other district as required

Women’s Cricket (including but not limited to):

  • Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi
  • Bahawalpur, Quetta
  • Any other district as required

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum PCB Level Accreditation or equivalent qualification
  • Preferably a former Test international cricketer or First-Class player
  • At least 03 years of coaching experience at relevant levels
  • Strong understanding of talent identification and player development
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Projects)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to design and implement game strategies and training plans
