About PMDC

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is a state-owned enterprise engaged in the exploration, mining, and marketing of various minerals across the country. Operating under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), PMDC plays a key role in developing the mineral sector of Pakistan.

Position Available

Job Title: Civil Works Supervisor
Location: Khewra (01 Position)
Employment Type: Open-term Contract
Compensation: Market-based negotiable salary package
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years

Educational Qualification

Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering

Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution

Required Experience

Minimum 4 years of post-qualification, relevant experience in:

Supervision of civil construction, repair, and maintenance works

Experience in handling infrastructure projects such as:

Buildings and accommodations

Drainage systems

Roads at mining or industrial sites (preferred)

Key Job Responsibilities

Supervise all civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring projects (offices, accommodations, infrastructure) are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Conduct routine inspections and manage the maintenance and repair of:

Roads

Drainage systems

Buildings and other structures

Execute infrastructure expansion and improvements in line with safety and engineering standards.

Lead and supervise civil works teams, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Ensure all civil works comply with site-specific health, safety, and environmental regulations, and actively identify and mitigate hazards.
