Chief Executive Officer – National Dredging & Marine Services (Pvt) Ltd
Location: Karachi

National Dredging & Marine Services (Pvt) Ltd invites applications from dynamic and experienced professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The selected individual will be responsible for leading the organization, driving growth, and aligning strategic objectives with national maritime goals.

Position Summary

The CEO will serve as the top executive leader of the company, accountable for:

  • Strategic decision-making,

  • Operational excellence,

  • Sustainable business growth,

  • Client value delivery, and

  • Representation at high government and corporate levels.

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Master’s Degree in Maritime, Business, Project Management, or related fields.

  • Preferred Specializations: Hydrography, Dredging, Corporate/Business Administration, Project Management.

Experience Requirements

  • Overall Experience: 15–20 years in dredging, hydrography, or maritime projects (preferred).

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 3–5 years at a C-level position in maritime or related corporate sectors.

  • Additional Preferences:

    • Demonstrated success in managing high-value public maritime projects.

    • Familiarity with government procurement and contracting regulations.

    • Strong background in shipping operations, fleet maintenance, and management.

    • Proven representation and liaison at senior government and institutional levels.
