Key Responsibilities

The role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Development: Develop strategic plans and oversee implementation to achieve organizational goals.

  • Project & Operations Management: Direct operations, manage coding programs, and monitor project productivity.

  • Financial Oversight & Reporting: Review, analyze, and report on financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational policies.

  • Advisory & Governance: Provide advice to senior management regarding domestic and international policies, compliance, and reporting requirements.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Companies Act, 2017, and other applicable legislation.

  • Auditing & Risk Management: Lead audit processes, assess risks, and implement controls to safeguard organizational assets.

Experience & Qualifications
