Reko Diq Mining Company (RDMC), operated by Barrick through a joint venture with the Government of Balochistan and the Government of Pakistan, is recruiting high-caliber professionals for the development of its world-class copper-gold mining project in Balochistan.

Location: Karachi
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
1 to 3 years of experience in contract administration or procurement support, preferably in the mining, construction, or energy sector.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Solid understanding of contract lifecycle processes and familiarity with standard contract forms (FIDIC, NEC, EPC/D&C).
Basic understanding of commercial, legal, and procurement principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing contractual documents.
Good analytical and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with SAP, Oracle, SAP Ariba, Aconex is an advantage.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contract documents including scope of work and contract conditions.
Maintain organized contract records and ensure timely renewals, amendments, and close-outs.
Monitor compliance, track deliverables, and coordinate approvals, variations, and change orders.
Support project teams in interpreting contract terms and resolving issues.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments.
Prepare reports on contract status, KPIs, and risks.
Manage contractor correspondence and documentation.
Assist in evaluating progress claims, support audits, and ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.

Strong knowledge of load dynamics, center of gravity, rigging calculations, and interpretation of lift plans, diagrams, and load charts.
