Qualification, Experience & Eligibility

  • Education: Graduate with at least 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience: Two years of experience in videography and operating HD cameras from:

    • A public sector organization, OR

    • A TV channel, OR

    • An APNS-accredited advertising agency.

  • Age Relaxation: Relaxation in upper age limit is not admissible.

  • Equivalence: In case of other relevant degrees, an equivalence certificate issued by HEC/Competent Forum must be provided by the candidate.

  • Retired Government Servants: Not eligible.

Key Terms & Conditions

  1. Contract Nature: Contract appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, job/post specific, non-pensionable, and confer no right for regularization.

  2. Project Duration: Contract appointment will be up to June 30, 2027. If the project period is reduced/enhanced, the contract order will be amended accordingly with approval of the competent authority.

  3. Merit Basis: Recruitments will be made strictly on merit on an all-Punjab basis in accordance with selection & eligibility criteria approved in PC-I.

  4. No Pay Protection: Selected candidates under the project are not entitled to pay protection or regularization benefits.

  5. Quota: No posts fall under the quota reserved for Women, Minorities, and Disabled persons.

  6. Vacancy Adjustment: The competent authority has the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.

  2. Prepare Documents: Attach the following with the completed form:

    • Curriculum Vitae (CV)

    • Three passport-size recent photographs

    • Attested copies of all relevant documents, including:

      • Detailed marks certificates (including CGPA)

      • CNIC

      • Degrees/Certificates

      • Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate (if applicable, issued by authorized Institute/Madrissa duly recognized by Wafaq-ul-Madaras)

      • Release orders for Ex-Service men (if applicable, issued by concerned authority/institute)

  3. Submit Hard Copy: Send the complete application package to the address below, clearly indicating the post applied for, by August 24, 2026.

  4. Online Option (Additional): Candidates can also apply at www.Jobs.punjab.gov.pk. However, a hard copy of the application form along with complete attested documents is mandatory to submit to the department within the due date.

Selection Process & Timeline

  • Eligibility List: A list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the Notice Board 03 days prior to the interview, in addition to interview call letters.

  • Queries: Candidates may approach the Director Agricultural Information (Headquarters) office at least two days prior to the interview date for any query/clarification.

  • Results: Lists of successful candidates will be displayed on the Notice Board, followed by offer of appointment letters after approval by the competent authority.
