GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB

AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT

SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates domiciled in Punjab for recruitment on a contract basis under the development project titled “Transformation of Agricultural Information through Digital Inclusion and Dissemination (2025–2027).”

Details of Posts

1. Non-Linear Editor (PPS-06)

• Number of Posts: 02

• Age Limit: 23–35 Years

• Salary: Rs. 130,000 per month (with annual increment)

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate (Second Division) from a recognized university/college.

• Six (06) months diploma or certificate in Multimedia, Video Production, or Video Editing from a recognized institute.

• Preference will be given to candidates having two (02) years of relevant experience.

2. Cameraman (PPS-06)

• Number of Posts: 02

• Age Limit: 23–35 Years

• Salary: Rs. 130,000 per month (with annual increment)

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate (at least Second Division) from an HEC-recognized university.

• Minimum two (02) years of experience in videography and operating HD cameras.

• Experience must be from a public sector organization, TV channel, or APNS-accredited advertising agency.

3. Photographer (PPS-06)

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: 23–35 Years

• Salary: Rs. 130,000 per month (with annual increment)

Qualification & Experience:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• Professional certification/diploma in Photography or three (03) years of relevant experience from a recognized institute (preferred).

4. Technician / Lightman (PPS-05)

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: 23–35 Years

• Salary: Rs. 90,000 per month (with annual increment)

Qualification & Experience:

• Intermediate qualification.

• Minimum two (02) years of experience in operating and handling lighting equipment for studios and related setups.

• Experience in photo editing and post-production using software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.

5. Driver (PPS-03)

• Number of Posts: 02

• Age Limit: 25–35 Years

• Salary: Rs. 43,750 per month (with annual increment)

Qualification & Experience:

• Matric pass.

• Valid LTV driving license.

• Minimum eight (08) years of driving experience.

General Terms & Conditions

1. No relaxation in upper age limit is admissible.

2. Candidates possessing degrees other than those mentioned must provide an equivalence certificate issued by HEC or the competent authority.

3. Retired Government servants are not eligible.

4. Contract appointments are temporary, non-transferable, job-specific, non-pensionable, and do not confer any right to regularization.

5. Contract appointment will be valid up to 30-06-2027.

6. In case of reduction or extension of the project period, the contract will be amended accordingly with the approval of the competent authority.

7. Recruitment will be made strictly on merit on an all-Punjab basis in accordance with the selection and eligibility criteria approved in the PC-I.

8. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

9. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.

10. Selected candidates shall not be entitled to pay protection or regularization.

11. These posts do not fall under any quota reserved for Women, Minorities, or Disabled persons.

   • Board/University position certificate (if applicable)

   • Madrassa certificates recognized by Wafaq-ul-Madaris (if applicable)

   • Release orders for Ex-Servicemen (if applicable)

4. Applications must reach the undersigned by 13 January 2026.

5. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.

6. Only eligible candidates will be called for test/interview.
