The vacant position is CAD Officer (OG-III/OG-II) , reporting to the Regional Executive - Credit Administration Department. The minimum educational requirement is Graduation from an HEC-recognized institution, with a Master's degree or relevant professional certifications preferred. Candidates must have at least 02 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 01 year in Credit Administration, Credit Operations, Loan Processing, or Banking Operations.

The role involves scrutinizing sanction advice, preparing documentation for various financing accounts, disbursement authorization, charge registration with SECP, conducting pledge site visits, reviewing inspection reports, monitoring covenants, and ensuring compliance. Candidates must possess sound knowledge of commercial and SME financing, collateral management, risk monitoring, and proficiency in MS Office, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at management discretion, with a compensation package as per Bank policy. Main Duties / Responsibilities

1 Scrutinize Sanction Advice / Facility Offer Letters (FOL) in line with the Credit Approval Authority Booklet (CAAB).
2 Support preparation of standard documentation (IBS) for Corporate, Commercial, SME, and Agriculture accounts.
3 Prepare Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DAC) for approved facilities.
4 Assist in registration of charge with SECP via BLA and coordinate for perfection certificate.
5 Assist in conducting in-house visits of Pledge sites and coordinate for outsourced inspections of pledged stocks.
6 Review outsourced stock inspection and valuation reports for accuracy and compliance.
7 Record and maintain facility details in the system including collateral, insurance, and related information.
8 Monitor covenants, condition precedents, and post-disbursement compliance for assigned portfolios.
9 Track and escalate breaches, exceptions, or deviations to appropriate authorities.
10 Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
