Under the provisions of Regulations 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals to join its Digital Economy Enhancement Project.

Core Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and provide high-quality service.
Assist customers with product or service inquiries, including guidance on procedures or troubleshooting.
Maintain high service quality, follow call scripts, and adhere to NADRA policies and standards.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
Fluency in spoken English and Urdu; knowledge of other local/regional languages is preferred.
Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
Selected candidate will undergo a 6-month probation period, extendable based on performance.
Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application.
5-year age relaxation is already included in the maximum age limit.
Selected candidate must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
Attested degrees from HEC or relevant regulatory bodies must be presented at the time of interview.
