Applications are invited from candidates for recruitment against the following posts in the Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony (RA&IH) Islamabad, as mentioned against each post:

Balochistan (Merit) = 01 Main Ministry (Islamabad) 18 Years – 38 Years (General relaxation of 05 years as per Government policy + 05 years special age relaxation)
2 Stenotypist 14 01 (i) Intermediate. (ii) Minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m in shorthand/typing respectively. Balochistan (Merit) = 01 Main Ministry (Islamabad) 18 Years – 35 Years (General relaxation of 05 years as per Government policy + 05 years special age relaxation)

General Information / Instructions

  1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post without assigning any reason.

  2. Incomplete applications, advance copies, and those received after the due date will not be entertained. Applicants already in Government service must apply through the proper channel; otherwise, the application will not be entertained and they have no right to claim. A separate application form may be filled in case of more than one post.

  3. The candidates shall provide original documents along with a set of attested copies of the degrees/certificates by HEC/recognized Board/Institute and any other documents at the time of interview. In case of false or forged information/documents by the candidates, this Ministry reserves the right to cancel the candidature of the particular candidate even after employment.

  4. Applications may be sent as per the format available on the website www.mora.gov.pk, along with a copy of CNIC and 01 photograph, and must reach the Section Officer (Admn), Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, 1st Floor, TUV-Kohsar Block, New Secretariat, Islamabad within 15 days from the date of advertisement. Please do not attach any other document with the application form.

  5. Candidates can also apply online through the National Job Portal (njp.gov.pk) within 15 days from the date of advertisement. Those who apply online do not need to forward the application through courier service/mail.

  6. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
