As per newly established Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) 2019 through an ordinance by the President Dr. Arif Alvi on 20th October, 2019, now it is mandatory for foreign MBBS or BDS qualified graduates for passing both National Examination Board (NEB) and National Licensing Exam (NLE) for being called or considered Doctor themselves in the Pakistan from a Foreign Institute which is recognized from the Pakistan Medical Commission.
In this regard, policy which has been made and issued by the PMC 2019 is as follows;
