Girls outshine boys in BISE Mardan Board SSC Result 2014


    Mardan, All the top three positions have been clinched by girl students of Presentation Convent High School Risalpur, Nowshera in BISE Mardan Board Matric Result 2014. The detailed result is available at ilmkidunya and is accessible just on one click. 
     
     
    In a prize distribution ceremony the controller of examinations, Prof Mohammad Aslam, announced the names of toppers and distribute medals and cash prizes among the students on Sunday. 
     
    A total of 56949 students participated in the exam out of them 42408 could successfully pass the exam. The overall pass percentage remains 47.74%. 
     
    The 1st position clinched by Aimen Romaan Khan by getting 1,035 marks, 2nd position went to Zarghoona Shah with 1,027 marks and 3rd position has been taken by Safina Tanveer with 1,022 marks. 
     
    In Humanities Group, The first position has been taken by Karishma Bibi of Government Girls High School Ikrampur, Mardan, by getting 869 marks, second place went to Abdul Basit Khan Khattak of Government High School Shaidu, Nowshera, with 867 marks, while Urooj Rafique of the Moonlight Public High School, Topi, got third position with 861 marks.

    Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mardan started its functioning as a commanding body in year 1990 under the supervision of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education. At first, the board was performing its function with Peshawar board but then it was separated from the board. Mardan board is responsible to hold the exams of those educational institutes which are in Mardan and in its jurisdiction areas including Sawabi and Nowshera.
