Dubai: A private news source on Thursday reported that, the Dubai administration has ended providing the 3 months visit visas to Pakistanis as well as to the residents of Philippines.

The migration authorities in Dubai have spread a memo ordering all the travel agencies to stop accepting the applications for 90-day visas filed by the Pakistani as well as Philippines residents.

The revised policy will be implemented from June 1st, 2017 and all the applications received till May 31st, 2017 will be entertained according to the earlier rules and regulations.

A manager of the travel agency while talking to a private source said:

We are not sure whether this is a temporary or its permanent stop. For now we have been ordered not to accept the visit visa applications. Though, there is a possibility that we process the applications via another Emirate however it will definitely have more limitations and it will be more costly as well.

But, the residents of Pakistan and of Philippines can apply for the tourist visa of 14 days and 30 days.

Every year, large number of Pakistani inhabitants from lower background often sells off their houses and belongings to move to Dubai to look for the better job opportunities.
