CSS Medical Test Guideline and Updates

As it is said a healthy body is required for a healthy mind therefore prospective candidates who wish to be successful in future must pass their CSS medical test. Prospective CSS candidates must pass and clear their Medical test for CSS if they are to be considered medically fit and prove that they are not visually or physically disabled while performing their jobs or duty. Prospective CSS candidates known to have medical disabilities proven in CSS medical test, will not be considered for selection. CSS candidates who do not show up for their medical tests will not be considered for selection and will have no right to appeal to the respective court.

FPSC CSS Medical Test 2024

Prospective CSS written test qualified candidates must understand that it is compulsory to successfully pass Medical test in css examination in order to be considered for the role of civil service officer in any of the Twelve civil departments of the government of Pakistan. The Medical test of CSS, main purpose is to ensure that the candidates comply with medical fitness and don't fall under any irregularity, show abnormality or serious medical issue while performing their civil department duties.

FPSC CSS Medical Examination Schedule 2024

Federal public service commission, announces the CSS medical test schedule yearly. The schedule is for those, who qualified the CE written test. CSS medical test will be held in Islamabad, Karachi,Peshawar and Lahore test centers. Purpose of CSS Medical Test 

• The purpose of medical test to check abnormality or irregularity in any employee to avoid any serious problem in the job.
• Candidates must have proper, sound physical and mental health.
• If the candidates can't eligible for this criteria, then the candidate will not select, except disable persons.
• The candidates who found below in visually impaired, extra time of 15 minutes shall be allowed to such candidates. Other categories of special candidates shall not be allocated extra time
• In order to prevent disappointment, such candidates may examined by a government medical officer of civil surgeon before applying.
• If a candidate absent twice in medical test, such candidates automatically rejected and have no right to any appeal in different courts/commission.

Medical Test Disable Quota For CSS 

Federal public service commission, also set the rules for those who are special candidates or medically defect candidates. The candidates who found medically unfit, they also have some chances of appointment in different aspects. Such candidates will require to update with the Federal public service commission regarding the medicali test instruction. Some disabilities conditions in Medical test of CSS are listed below:

• Disable candidates must be submitted the certificate of their disability from the recognized authority, fpsc.
• Disable candidates like (physical weakness, deaf and dumb, visual impaired) will be selected to compete for the css exam, will be served for the following group: pakistan audit and accounts, commerce and trade, postal services and information services.
• Provided the helper (writer) of the visual and physical impaired candidates.
• Special candidate referred to in sub-rules (3) and (4) according to CSS examination rules, 2019. Such candidates will attempt the question paper on computer. No TA/DA shall be allowed.
