  3. Try to adopt a habit of forgiveness. Forgive everyone because when you do not forgive them there will always a perturbation of vengeance hits and disturb your mind. The person, who has not forgiven an enemy, has never yet tasted the most sublime enjoyment of life.
  4. Make good friends who encourage you in your good habits, discourage you in your bad ones, and do not let you go in your bad times.
  5. You should have a sense of humor, watch humorous movies and read novels. It will help you to make happy as laughter helps as medicine for body and mind.
  6. Build a habit of reading. This will help you in improving your conversation and communicating skills.
  7. You should involve yourself in creative work. This will makes you busy and helps you to discover your talent.
  8. Use yoga or meditation to feel relax. Smoking is not a fair treatment to get rid of depression or stress.
  9. You must have the faith on God. You may achieve little with faith, but you can achieve nothing without it. So those who protected by the God, must be above fear.
  10. Always be patient in every situation because if you patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.
  11. Adopt a habit of sharing. Happiness depends on what you can give, not on what you can get. Shared joy is double joy and shared sorrow is half sorrow.
  12. Design your future goals and pursue them. We can do anything we want to do, if we stick to it long enough.
  13. Do not degrade or discourage by your failures because if you still have courage after losing all, you can be rest assured that you have not lost anything.
  14. Acts maturely and wisely because wise men talk because they have something to say; fools because they have to say something.
  15. Be positive all the time. Live your life as a pure optimist. You should put off all negativeness like fear of failures from your mind and concentrate on just positivity.
  16. Keep your life simple and do not involve yourself in ostentation. Be pure because a pure heart always sees good things never evil.
  17. You should take up a habit of thankfulness. This act will increase your respect in front of others.
  18. You must constantly work out for self-improvement. Read books and ask your librarian to suggest them to you.

These tips can help those people who really want to get happiness in their lives but cannot find the way or path to get a joyful life but this article cannot help those who make habit to be sad because they feel pleasure in getting sympathy by others.
