3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 
Requirement Description
Education Master's degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university
Minimum Experience Several years of banking experience, including at least 10 years in Secured Product / Consumer Banking
Product Expertise Consumer secured product program management
Policy Knowledge Strong understanding of policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
Skills Policy formulation, product development, risk assessment, team coordination

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee Consumer Secured Product programs

  • Develop, review, and implement product policies in line with regulatory requirements

  • Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines

  • Coordinate with segment heads and stakeholders on product strategy

  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the segment
