The National Bank of Pakistan invites applications from experienced, dedicated, and professional individuals for the following positions:

1. Wing Head – Information & Cyber Security Audits (AVP/VP)

Reporting To:

Divisional Head – Technology Audit

Educational / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized institution
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA / CISM / ISO certifications preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience
  • Experience in:
    • IT Audit
    • Cybersecurity
    • Digital banking systems
    • Network security

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT governance and risk management
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and practices
  • Report writing and communication skills
  • Understanding of audit techniques and controls

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct IT and cybersecurity audits
  • Evaluate internal controls and systems
  • Identify risks and recommend improvements
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings
  • Monitor implementation of audit recommendations

2. Wing Head – Audit Entity Owner / Lead (AVP/VP)

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation (Master’s preferred)

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of IFRS standards and credit risk classification
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review corporate, commercial, and SME credit portfolios
  • Evaluate trade finance processes
  • Ensure compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations
  • Conduct control testing and risk assessments
  • Prepare Credit Risk Review (CRR/BRR) reports
  • Monitor corrective actions and compliance

3. Audit Team Member – Regional Audit Office (OG-I / DG-II)

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation from HEC-recognized institution
  • Certifications like ACCA / CIA / CA preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in internal audit (banking preferred)

Skills:

  • Knowledge of audit practices and regulatory guidelines
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and core banking systems

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct branch and regional audits
  • Prepare audit reports
  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • Follow up on corrective action plans

4. Audit Team Member – Information & Cyber Security Audit

Qualification:

  • Graduation (Master’s preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years in IT audit or cybersecurity

  • Assist in IT audit planning and execution
  • Evaluate system security and controls
  • Prepare audit documentation and reports

5. Audit Team Member – Credit Reviewer (OG-I / DG-II)

Qualification:

  • Graduation (Master’s / CA / ACCA preferred)

Experience:

  • Relevant experience in credit risk review and audit

Responsibilities:

  • Review credit files and documentation
  • Validate compliance with regulations
  • Monitor corrective actions
  • Maintain audit records
  • Escalate critical issues
