Record Keeping Officer (OG-II)
Reporting To
Wing Head – General Accounting & CBA
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) or equivalent
- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized local or international university/institution
Experience
- Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in:
- Finance
- Accounts
- Preferably in record maintenance / documentation control
Skills & Competencies
Candidates should possess:
- Strong business and financial understanding
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Analytical thinking ability
- Proficiency in:
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- MS PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of Power BI
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Organizing and maintaining financial vouchers in chronological order
- Ensuring proper binding and secure storage of vouchers
- Safekeeping of financial records in designated storage areas
- Receiving and verifying vouchers from Payments Wing
- Ensuring no missing or incomplete vouchers in record systems
- Maintaining accurate records of vouchers issued to auditors and external agencies
- Reporting missing or delayed vouchers to the supervisor
- Assisting in preparation and processing of financial documents such as cheques and pay orders
- Performing any additional tasks assigned by supervisors
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
- Contractual appointment for 03 years
- Extendable based on management discretion and performance
- Market-based compensation package along with benefits as per bank policy
