1. Position: Wing Head – CBA Project Management (VP/SVP)

Reporting To: Divisional Head – Core Banking
Location: Karachi

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent.

  • OR Graduation with a Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.

  • Degrees must be from an HEC-recognized local or international university/institute.

  • PMP/Prince2 or other relevant certifications preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 08 years in IT project management.

  • At least 03 years in a managerial role, preferably within banking applications or FIS core banking platforms.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong expertise in Core Banking System implementation and project management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to convey technical content to diverse audiences.

  • Team leadership and industry expertise sharing.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead network availability and performance initiatives.

  • Manage and mentor network engineers.

  • Ensure SLA compliance.

  • Coordinate incident resolution and downtime mitigation.

  • Enforce network security in collaboration with security teams.

  • Maintain documentation and vendor coordination.

  • Support audit processes and strategic planning.


2. Position: IT Service Desk Analyst (OG-II / OG-I)

Reporting To: Senior IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: Karachi

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Preference for candidates with IT/Computer Science/Engineering degrees or certifications.

Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years in IT Service Desk operations or related roles, preferably in the banking sector.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of IT service desk systems and service request management.

  • Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administer service desk operations to ensure seamless IT support.

  • Handle end-user incident reports via phone or email.

  • Maintain SLAs and communication protocols.

  • Create documentation and follow the Bank’s project management framework.

  • Collaborate with teams and management for continuous improvement.


3. Position: Unit Head – Network Operations (Central) (AVP/VP)

Reporting To: Wing Head – Enterprise Data Networks
Location: Karachi

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent.

  • OR Graduation with a Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science.

  • HEC-recognized degree; relevant certifications preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 06 years in IT network operations, including LAN/WAN, network security, and SDN projects, preferably in banking.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), Cisco/Fortinet hardware, and SNMP/NetFlow.

  • Understanding of network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption).

  • Strong leadership, documentation, and crisis resolution abilities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage network devices and services.

  • Ensure infrastructure reliability (routers, switches, load balancers).

  • Supervise team for first-level technical support.

  • Track and resolve incidents and requests.

  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and audit requirements.

  • Maintain SOPs and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.

  • Employment Type: 3-year contractual basis (renewable at Management’s discretion).
