Position Available
Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (OG-II / OG-I)
?? Location: Karachi
?? Reporting To: Unit Head – Talent Acquisition
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree / Graduation from an HEC-recognized institution
- Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Master’s degree
- Relevant professional certifications
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Human Resources
- Banking sector
Preferred:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment functions
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Familiarity with SAP HR modules (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Support workforce planning and talent mapping
- Assist in recruitment drives, job fairs, and hiring events
- Advertise vacancies internally and externally
Screening & Selection
- Screen applications based on eligibility criteria
- Maintain MIS of applicants and recruitment data
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with HR and business teams
- Conduct pre-hiring checks and ensure compliance
Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate internal transfers and placements
- Maintain relationships with candidates and potential applicants
- Liaise with universities for:
- Batch hiring programs
- Internships
- CA/ACCA trainee programs
Employer Branding
- Represent NBP at career fairs and university events
- Build strong relationships with academic institutions across Pakistan
Additional Duties
- Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by supervisors
Employment Details
- Contract-based position: 3 years (extendable at management discretion)
- Selected candidates will receive a competitive salary and benefits package as per bank policy
