1. Branch Manager (AVP)

?? Qualification

  • Minimum Graduation (Master’s preferred) from an HEC-recognized institution
  • Relevant certifications/diplomas in banking will be an advantage

?? Experience

  • Significant experience in branch banking operations
  • Strong understanding of:
    • AML/CFT regulations
    • State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Prudential Regulations

?? Skills

  • Leadership and team management
  • Business development and marketing
  • Customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of digital banking (e.g., e-commerce, remittances, government business)

?? Key Responsibilities

  • Lead branch operations and ensure achievement of business targets
  • Monitor branch performance and portfolio growth

  • Ensure smooth daily branch operations within defined Turnaround Time (TAT)
  • Supervise account opening, remittances, and clearing processes
  • Maintain records and documentation
  • Oversee ATM operations including:
    • Cash feeding
    • Balancing
    • System availability
  • Ensure:
    • Security systems (CCTV, alarms) are functional
    • Compliance with operational procedures

3. Relationship Manager (OG-I / OG-II)

  • Minimum Graduation (HEC recognized)
  • Banking certifications preferred

?? Experience

  • 2–5 years in sales or banking relationship management

?? Skills

  • Sales and marketing expertise
  • Strong communication and customer handling
  • MS Office proficiency

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Generate and retain deposits
  • Promote banking products and services
  • Manage client relationships and resolve queries

4. Branch Operations Officer (OG-II / OG-III)
