1. INTRODUCTION & INVITATION

Applications are invited from eligible candidates who hold a domicile of Sindh Province for the following vacancies within the Directorate of Sports, Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Government of Sindh.

Interested individuals must meet the required qualifications and experience as indicated against each post. The application deadline is within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

2. VACANCY DETAILS & QUALIFICATIONS

3. APPLICATION PROCESS & GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Applicants who fulfill the following requirements may apply for the aforementioned vacancies on the official Government of Sindh job portal.

Key Conditions & Instructions:

  1. Mandatory Screening Test: Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test for the Matriculate Category with a minimum passing score of 40%, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS). A valid certificate issued by STS is mandatory for application.

  2. Age Calculation: The age of the applicant shall be calculated from the closing date of the application submission.

  3. Age Relaxation: General age relaxation shall be applicable as per the Government of Sindh's policy.

  4. Quota: The share of quota reserved for initial appointment shall be adhered to as per the law/rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.

  5. No Objection Certificate (NOC): Government employees must obtain an NOC from their department prior to submitting the application. The original NOC must be brought to the interview for submission to the Departmental Selection Committee.

  6. Regulatory Compliance: Appointments will be made as per policies notified by the SGA&CD (Services, General Administration & Coordination Department), Government of Sindh, under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servant Act 1973 and its rules, as amended from time to time.

  7. Interview Schedule: Candidates will be called for interviews before the Departmental Selection Committee. The schedule will be uploaded on the Sindh Job Portal.

  8. Document Verification: Candidates must bring all original documents at the time of the interview.

  9. Travel/Allowance: No TA (Travel Allowance) or DA (Daily Allowance) will be admissible for the test or interview.
