SECTION 1: TEACHING POSITIONS

---

1. ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (BS-20/REGULAR)

Age Limit: 30–50 Years

---

A. Medical Lab Technology – 01 Post

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ph.D. in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Experience Requirements (Any One):

• (a) Eight (8) years of teaching or research experience from a postgraduate institute or university recognized by HEC, OR professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization; OR

• (b) Five (5) years of post-Ph.D. teaching or research experience from a postgraduate institute or university recognized by HEC, OR professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization.

Research Publications:

• Must have research publications in journals recognized by HEC, out of which four (4) publications must be within the last five (5) years.

B. Management Sciences – 02 Posts

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ph.D. in Management Sciences or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by HEC.

Experience Requirements (Any One):

• (a) Eight (8) years of teaching or research experience from a postgraduate institute or university recognized by HEC, OR professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization; OR

• (b) Five (5) years of post-Ph.D. teaching or research experience from a postgraduate institute or university recognized by HEC, OR professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization.

Research Publications:

• Must have research publications in journals recognized by HEC, out of which four (4) publications must be within the last five (5) years.

• Ph.D. in English or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ph.D. in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC.

D. Computer Science & Information Technology – 06 Posts

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ph.D. in Information Technology or Computing or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC.

3. LECTURER (BS-18/REGULAR)

Age Limit: 21–35 Years

---

A. Management Sciences – 02 Posts

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master's degree or BS (Four Years) in Second Division in Management Sciences or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC.

Additional Condition:

• The candidate must not have a Third Division in their entire academic career. However, a candidate holding a Ph.D. degree in the relevant field and having no Third Division in their academic career shall be eligible for the post.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MS or M.Phil or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by HEC.

Additional Condition:

• The candidate must not have a Third Division in their entire academic career.

SECTION 2: NON-TEACHING POSITIONS

1. Director (Quality Enhancement Cell) – BS-20

Age Limit: 40–50 Years | Nature: Regular

Eligibility Criteria:

• (a) Ph.D. in Economics or Engineering or Management Sciences or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC; AND

• (b) Eight (8) years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

Age Limit: 40–50 Years | Nature: Regular

Eligibility Criteria:

• (a) Ph.D. in Economics or Engineering or Management Sciences or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC; AND

• (b) Eight (8) years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

3. Deputy Director (Academics) – BS-18

Age Limit: 21–35 Years | Nature: Regular

Eligibility Criteria:

• (a) MS or M.Phil or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC; AND

• (b) Three (3) years of post-qualification teaching or administrative experience from a public or private institute or university.

• (a) Master's degree (Second Division) in the relevant field from an institute or university recognized by HEC; AND

• (b) Five (5) years of post-qualification teaching or experience from a public or private institute or university.

Eligibility Criteria:

• (a) MBA or M. Com or ACMA or ACCA or M.Sc. (Second Division) or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC; AND

• (b) Five (5) years of post-qualification teaching or experience from a public or private institute or university.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board; AND

• Five (5) years of experience in the relevant field.

7. Bus Driver – BS-04

Age Limit: 30–45 Years | Nature: Contract

Eligibility Criteria:

• Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board; AND

• Valid Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) Driving License; AND

• Valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) Driving License; AND

• Five (5) years of experience in the relevant field.

8. Driver (LTV) – BS-04

Age Limit: 18–30 Years | Nature: Contract

Eligibility Criteria:

• Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board; AND

• Valid Light Transport Vehicle (LTV) Driving License; AND

• Valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) Driving License; AND

• Five (5) years of experience in the relevant field.

Step 1: Online Application

Step 2: Deposit of Application Fee

The application processing fee must be deposited on or before September 25, 2026 (Friday) as per the following schedule:

Step 3: Submission of Hard Copy

Applicants are also required to submit a signed hard copy/printout of the pre-filled online application form THROUGH COURIER, along with:

• Two (2) recent passport-size photographs

• Attested copies of:

  • CNIC

  • Domicile

  • All educational documents (transcripts & certificates)

Step 4: Additional Requirement for Professor & Associate Professor Applicants

Candidates applying for the posts of Professor and Associate Professor are required to submit:

• A soft copy of a photograph (1×1)

• Complete record of research publications in a single PDF file on a USB flash drive, in addition to the hard copy.

Important Note for Multiple Applications

Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate applications with complete documents in all respects for each post.

SECTION 4: GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS & IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

---

1. Foreign Degree Holders

• Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC along with the application form.

2. HEC Recognition

• Degrees from only HEC-recognized universities/degree-awarding institutions will be considered.

3. Government/Semi-Government Employees

• Candidates currently working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel.

• A Departmental Permission Certificate / NOC issued by the competent authority of the concerned department is required to be produced along with the application.

• Any application submitted without Departmental Permission/NOC will be rejected ab-initio.

4. NOC from New Employer (During Selection Process)

• If a candidate applies after obtaining NOC from their parent department and is selected in any other department during the selection process, they must send a fresh NOC from the new employer. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the application.

5. Experience Certificate Requirements

• Experience, where required for eligibility, must be supported by evidence/certificates.

• Experience in private entities shall be accepted only if the entity is registered with:

  • SECP (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan), or

  • Registrar of Firms, or

  • Any other Regulatory Authority.

6. Research Publication Guidelines

• Only HEC-recognized journals that have been indexed in JCR and Scopus Index (SCIE, SSCI, AHCI) or as per HEC policy will be accepted.

7. Age Relaxation

• Relaxation in the upper age limit may be granted to suitable candidates as per Government of Punjab rules.

8. Women Quota

• As per Government of Punjab notification No. SOR-IV(SSGAD)15/1/2012 dated 21.05.2012, 15% of total posts are reserved for women where posts are to be filled through recruitment, without any reference to gender.

9. Minority Quota

• As per Government of Punjab SAGAD notification No. SOP-III (SAGAD) 1-36/50 dated 27.03.2010, 5% quota has been reserved for non-Muslims against the total number of advertised posts.

10. Disabled Persons Quota

• The quota for disabled persons will be observed as per Government of Punjab rules.

11. Application Under Quota

• Applicants applying under any quota must submit separate applications clearly mentioning the specific quota along with the application.

12. Result Pending Candidates

• Applications of candidates whose result is not officially announced by the Controller of Examinations of a University before the closing date will not be considered.

13. False Information

• If any information provided by the candidate is found to be incorrect or false, the candidate will be disqualified from the interview process.

14. Shortlisting

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA is admissible.

15. University's Liability

• The University will not be responsible for applications received late or delayed due to any lapse by the courier agency.

16. Test/Interview (Screening)

• In case 10 or more applications are received against an advertised post, or where required by service rules, a test/written/screening test may be conducted for all eligible candidates.

17. Rights of the University

• The University reserves the right to increase, decrease, or totally withdraw any vacancy without assigning any reason.

18. Domicile Requirement

• For non-teaching posts, only Punjab domicile applications will be entertained.
