SUBJECT: SITUATIONS VACANT – RECRUITMENT ON REGULAR BASIS

Applications are invited from candidates holding a Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Sindh Province for recruitment to the following vacant posts on a regular basis in the Sindh Minimum Wages Board, Labour & Human Resources Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi.

Terms & Conditions

I. Domicile Requirement

  • Candidates must possess a valid Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of the Province of Sindh.

II. Quota Policy

  • The share of quota reserved for initial appointment shall be adhered to as per the Laws, Rules, and Policy of the Government of Sindh.

III. Age Calculation & Relaxation

  • Age of applicants shall be calculated from the closing date of application submission, as provided under Rule-7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024.

  • An upper age relaxation of 05 years shall be applicable as per Notification of Services, General Administration & Coordination Department No. SOII (SGA&CD) 5-64/2011 (Part-II), dated 06th March 2025.

IV. Interview Intimation

  • Only shortlisted candidates shall be duly informed of the date, time, and venue of the interview.

V. Application Requirements

  • Each application must be supported by a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) , including:

    • Postal Address

VI. Appointment Policy

  • Appointment shall be made in accordance with:

    • Government of Sindh Policy Notification No. SOV(SGA&CD)8-27/2019(Pt.file), dated 26th April 2023.

    • Provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and the rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time.

VII. Verification Process

  • Each successful candidate will have to undergo antecedents' verification by Police/Special Branch according to existing government policy.

VIII. Cancellation Rights

  • The Department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

IX. Incomplete Applications

  • Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.

X. No TA/DA

  • No Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) will be admissible for appearing in the interview.

XI. Canvassing

  • Canvassing in any manner or form will lead to the disqualification of the candidature.
