General Instructions & Terms of Employment

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Nationality: Only Pakistani nationality holders are eligible to apply.

  • Academic Criteria: Where the prescribed qualification is a 1st class in the final degree, only one 2nd Division in the entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable.

  • Recognized Degrees: All educational certificates, diplomas, and degrees must be obtained from Govt. recognized institutes.

  • Experience: Experience will only be considered if acquired after the minimum prescribed qualification for each post.

  • Completion Date: All requirements (degrees, certificates, experience, courses, age) must be completed by the closing date of the advertisement.

Age Limit & Employment Type

  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years on the closing date of the notice. Age relaxation may be given as per rules.

  • Nature of Job: Posts are purely temporary but likely to continue for an indefinite period.

  • Benefits: Employment will be offered against the Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) / Provident Fund (PF) scheme as per current policies.

  • Location: Initial place of posting is Islamabad, but selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan during their service.

Application & Selection Process

  • NOC Requirement: Candidates currently employed in Govt./Semi-Govt. organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test/interview.

  • Shortlisting: Fulfilling the selection criteria does not guarantee an interview. In case of a high volume of applicants, shortlisting will be based on higher marks/CGPA/divisions or more experience.

  • Testing: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Test/Interview.

  • Right to Cancel: The organization reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the post(s) or reject any application at any stage without assigning a reason.
