ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY (EIDMC)
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
EIDMC is a public sector company established for the purpose of Energy Infrastructure Development and Management. EIDMC is hereby seeking the services of qualified professionals with relevant expertise for the following five (05) positions:

| 1. |
Director (Technical) |
- Education: Bachelor’s of Engineering Degree (16 years of education) in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to the candidate possessing a Master’s Degree in Project Management / Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Registered as Professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) *.
- Experience: Minimum ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in energy infrastructure / transmission / distribution / renewable energy projects. Experience in EPC contracts and donor-funded projects shall be given preference.
- Age: Maximum 50 years as on the closing date of advertisement.

Deputy Director (Contracts & Procurement) |
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Engineering / Business Administration / Commerce / Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to the candidate possessing a Master’s Degree or a professional certification in Procurement like PMP/MCIPS etc. / Contract Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: Minimum eight (08) years of post-qualification experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in energy, transmission, infrastructure, EPC, public sector / donor funded projects.
- Age: Maximum 45 years as on the closing date of advertisement.

Deputy Director (Project Design & Engineering) |
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering Degree (16 years of education) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to the candidate possessing a Master’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Registered as Professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) *.
- Experience: Minimum eight (08) years of post-qualification experience in the design and engineering of transmission lines and substations, including preparation and review of engineering drawings, design calculations, technical specifications, standards, and tender documents.
- Age: Maximum 45 years as on the closing date of advertisement.

Deputy Director (HR & Administration) |
- Education: Bachelor’s (16 years of education) in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Public Administration or Business Administration / Management from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to the candidate with a Master’s Degree in HRM or related field.
- Experience: Minimum eight (08) years of post-qualification experience in HR management / administration / governance within public and private sector companies, or autonomous bodies.
- Age: Maximum 45 years as on the closing date of advertisement.

IT Officer |
- Education: Bachelor’s (16 years of education) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have IT related Professional certifications.
- Experience: Minimum seven (07) years of post-qualification experience in IT operations / infrastructure deployment ERP / SAP / software systems management.
- Age: Maximum 40 years as on the closing date of advertisement.

REMUNERATION, TENURE AND AGE LIMIT:
- The market-based compensation package shall be determined through negotiations and will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
- All the above positions will be filled purely on contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years from the date of appointment with a three (03) months as probation period.
- The contract is further extendable subject to satisfactory performance and need basis.
- The contract service shall neither be regularized nor pensionable.

OTHER CONDITIONS:
- The applications must reach within Fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of advertisement.
- Professionals working abroad who are not currently registered as Professional Engineers (PE) with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) are eligible to apply. However, if selected, the candidate must obtain and submit valid PEC registration as a PE within the stipulated period to confirm their eligibility.
- The application must be completed in all respects. EIDMC may require further documentation and / or information from the candidate in due course of time.
- The candidates already working in Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous Public Organizations can also apply through proper channel along with NOC of their department issued on its Letter Head.
- Candidates shall be required to produce all original documents at the time of an interview and only short-listed candidates will be invited for interviews / selection process.
- EIDMC reserves the right to withhold / cancel the entire recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- TA/DA claims will not be admissible for an interview/selection process.
