• Key Expertise: Strategic leadership, organizational transformation, financial oversight, familiarity with Pakistan's higher education landscape, regulatory frameworks, and mobilization of external funding.
2 Project Director (PD) 01 40 years

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project/Construction Management. Master’s degree preferred. Registration with PEC (or equivalent professional body) is desirable.

 

• Experience: 20+ years of professional experience (min. 10 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale infrastructure, EPC, or turnkey projects).

 

• Key Expertise: Contract administration, public procurement procedures (PPRA), risk management, and delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects.
3 Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) 01 35 years

• Education: Master’s degree or higher, preferably in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Public Administration.

 

• Experience: 15+ years of progressive professional experience (min. 5 years in a senior executive leadership role within complex organizations).

 

• Key Expertise: Talent management, cultural/workforce transformation, digitalization, labor laws, compensation/rewards, and HR technology/analytics.
4 Analyst 06 24 years

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or Social Sciences. Master’s preferred.

 

• Experience: Min. 2 years of relevant experience (including internships, research assignments, or consulting projects).

 

• Key Expertise: Data collection, report writing, policy analysis, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI, or statistical software.
