Kinnaird College for Women invites applications from bright, dynamic, and motivated individuals for the following faculty positions.

Position	Department/Discipline	Qualification
Assistant Professor	Biotechnology Psychology (Clinical)	PhD degree in the relevant discipline.
Lecturer	Accounting and Finance Computer Science English Political Science / Pakistan Studies Sports and Physical Education Fine Arts Law	- First Class MS/M.Phil. or equivalent degree (18 years of education) in the relevant field. For Law: - Master’s degree in Law with 5 years of teaching/practice experience in High Court. OR - Bachelor’s degree in Law with 10 years of teaching/practice experience in High Court. - For some disciplines, a First Professional Degree (minimum 4 years, First Division) or foreign Master’s degree will also be accepted.

Psychology (Clinical): PhD must be specifically in Clinical Psychology.
Computer Science: Applicants with an M.Phil. must hold a 4-year B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with strong programming skills and expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Fine Arts: M.Phil. holders must have a studio-based 4-year BFA degree as their first professional qualification. Only candidates specializing in Painting will be considered. A portfolio demonstrating academic figure drawing skills is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with experience or interest in teaching Art History.
General:
- Preference will be given to candidates with teaching or research experience in reputable Higher Education Institutions or national/international organizations.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written) are mandatory.
- HEC Equivalence Certificate is required for M.Phil./Master’s degrees not obtained from Pakistani universities.

- Degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions.
- No 3rd Division in the entire academic career.
- Part-time, honorary, internship, or apprenticeship experience will not be considered.
- Only formal sector work experience is valid.
- Applicants must be proficient in computers and English communication (oral and written).
- Age limit: 25 to 50 years.
- Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body applicants must apply through proper channels with NOC. If selected, they must be relieved by their departments on the specified joining date.
