1. Director ORIC (Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization)

Job Profile:

The Director ORIC will lead research, innovation, and commercialization initiatives by:

  • Promoting research culture and securing research grants
  • Strengthening industry-academia linkages
  • Ensuring compliance with HEC policies
  • Facilitating research projects and publications
  • Developing ORIC operations and capacity-building programs

Qualification & Experience:

  • PhD degree
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience

2. Head Human Resources

Job Profile:

Responsible for managing all HR functions including:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Performance management
  • Employee relations
  • Training and development
  • HR policy implementation
  • Strategic HR planning aligned with institutional goals

Qualification & Experience:

  • MPhil / MS / Master’s (16–18 years education equivalent)
  • 3–5 years relevant experience (depending on qualification level)

3. Deputy Director Laboratories
