VACANT POSITION

Kinnaird College for Women invites applications from bright and motivated candidates for the following administrative position:

Position Details

Position: Deputy Director
Department: Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness

Job Profile:

  • Assist the Director of Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness in implementing the College's Quality Policy.

  • Support all operational affairs of the cell in enhancing academic standards.

  • Review teaching quality and draft preliminary reports for internal/external reviews (RIPE and PREE).

Qualification & Experience:

  • Option 1: Master’s/MPhil or equivalent degree (after 18 years of education) in a relevant field with 3 years of relevant experience

  • Option 2: Master’s or equivalent degree (after 16 years of education) in a relevant field with 5 years of relevant experience

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and knowledge-sharing skills

  • Fluency and proficiency in spoken and written English

  • HEC MPhil Equivalence certificate required for applicants holding a Master’s degree

  • Minimum age: 25 years

  • Computer proficiency is mandatory

  3. All degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions with no 3rd division in the academic career.

  4. Foreign degree holders must provide an HEC Equivalence Certificate.

  5. Part-time, honorary/visiting, apprenticeship, and internee experience will not be considered. Only formal sector work experience will be accepted.

  6. Government/Semi-Government or autonomous body employees must apply through proper channel with NOC from their employer. Selected candidates are responsible for proper release from their current department/institution.
